The 1 Good Deed Journey will be a model of the meaning of a Good Deed, which is to offer or perform an act or deed of compassion, unconditional love, understanding, kindness, volunteering, help, listening to an individual or a community. Here are 50 examples of the good deeds we will be searching to perform.

1. Have one check donated to Charity.

2. Volunteer for five hours at an organization of your choice.

3. Buy a gift for a family member in need-just because.

4. Write a thank-you note to someone that is down either financially or emotionally.

5. Plant a tree(s).

6. Organize a family meal and appreciate of family.

7. Use your talents to benefit others.

8. Teach an elderly person to use the computer or surf the internet.

9. Collect toys from the community to donate to an organization that helps children.

10. Donate blood.

11. Sign up for a CPR class.

12. Pick up trash alongside a highway or a park.

13. Take food to a new neighbor.

14. Donate school supplies to children in underprivileged areas.

15. Collect health products, such as soap, shampoo & etc to donate to a battered shelter.

16. Volunteer at a soup kitchen.

17. Hold the door open for a stranger.

18. Encourage community to adopt a shelter animal.
